Payments

What are the payments options?

At the moment it is possible to pay with Creditcard (processed by Stripe) and Paypal.

For Dutch bank account holders, 
payments are also possible through Bank Transfer and by exception Tikkie. 
Just send me a message with your order, name and address and I will pick it up from there! 



Can I receive an invoice?

All orders come with a digital invoice. I use the e-mail address you provided during the ordering process for this.



Ordering

Why is there only one object of each design in stock?

That’s because in this shop you will only find original drawings!   

Each drawing is signed and made on high-quality paper, often with lightfast ink. However, it is recommended to hang the drawing in a place where it is not exposed to constant direct sunlight, since this can influence the colour fastness and paper colour.
 


I’ve seen a drawing on this website / portfolio, but it is not in your shop. Is it for sale?

It depends. It is possible that the drawing has already been sold or is not in the shop's selection. Message me and I'll see if the drawing is available for sale.



Do you also sell prints?

I propably will in the future. Send me a message if you want to want to be kept informed.



I’ve heard that you illustrate children’s books! Do you sell these books in your shop?

It's not possible to order books from this shop at the moment. If you would to buy a book, I would  recommend visiting your local bookstore. If you prefer to order a book online, many local bookstores now also have an online store.



Do you also work on commissions? 

Sometimes, it depends on how busy I am with other projects. Get in touch with this contact form if you want to, for example, give a personal drawing to a friend who has her birthday or a colleague who is saying goodbye. 



When I buy a drawing, can I reproduce it?

No, these designs may not be reproduced and distributed in any way without the written permission of me. If you would like to use an image for commercial purposes please contact me. 

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes,  I send drawings to a destination within Europe, with the exception of the U.K. Hopefully I can ship to British customers again in the foreseeable future.



How are the drawings packaged and shipped?

The drawings are securely packed in cardboard envelopes, with extra cardboard on the inside to prevent the drawing from bending. The drawings are shipped using PostNL and has track & trace.



What are the shipping costs?

- Pick-up at the studio (Amsterdam) : free
- Netherlands : 9,20
- Europe : 12,55



Is it also possible to pick-up the work myself?

Yes! My studio is based in Amsterdam, so if you’re local and want to pick up the order yourself, sent me a message with your order and name.

I will get in touch to arrange the payment and the collection of the work, by letting you know the hours I’ll be in the studio that week for you to drop by.



Something went wrong with the delivery. What should I do?

If the product is lost or you notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please report this to me as quickly as possible, so I can investigate your shipment and get in contact with the postal service to file a complaint. 
Unfortunately I cannot be held liable for any damage caused by others or for lost parcels, but I will try to come up with a way to make it up to you.
